Keeping your lovable, furry friend safe and happy while you’re away has never been easier than with Close To Home Boarding Cattery. Creating a true home away from home environment in Rotorua, our cattery offers both short and long term boarding. If that wasn’t enough, we will also keep them well fed with daily meals and ensure they’re kept active. Before coming in please note that all animals must be vaccinated, desexed and wormed. Our facilities
We love cats and take the time to understand their individual needs and personalities. Committed to providing a high level of care, we offer:
- Boarding (for up to 42 cats) - short and long term
- Individual cage, personal litter box
- Supply of water and food (including Royal Canin)
- Large communal play area – open during the day
- Heating for cold nights
- Medication dispensing – requires medication and full instructions from owner
Our team
Your hosts at Close To Home are Annette and Clemens this has been a family owned cattery since 2006. Along with cats they also love biking, going for walks in lovely Rotorua and surroundings areas enjoying good food and wine with family and friends.
Now Trevor and Christine have decided to sell the Cattery to people with the same love and passion for Cats ......... so the love story continues.
